鼻整形美容受术者的心理研究

Study of the psychology of rhinoplastic patients

目的调查鼻整形美容受术者围手术期及术后的心理特点并进行分析。方法采用一般资料问卷、情感平衡量表、Rosenberg自尊量表、鼻阻塞症状评估量表等对北京大学第三医院成形外科的153例鼻整形美容受术者进行调查。结果鼻整形美容受术者情感平衡量表和Rosenberg自尊量表总分术后3个月较术前均增高(P<0.05);鼻阻塞症状评估量表总分术后3个月较术前降低(P<0.05)。结论鼻整形美容受术者术前情感和自尊水平不高,整形美容手术对改善其情感和自尊水平具有一定的帮助作用,且鼻阻塞症状作为受术者的主要不适症状应得到关注。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the perioperative and postoperative psychological characteristics of patients who underwent rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 153 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in the Third Hospital of Peking University were recruited by the convenience sampling method. The general data questionnaire, Affect Balance Scale(ABS), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(RSES) and Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation(NOSE) were used in the investigation. Results Three months after the operation, the total ABS and RSES scores of patients who underwent rhinoplasty was greater than their preoperative scores(P<0.05). The total NOSE score was decreased at 3 months postoperative(P<0.05). Conclusion The level of emotion and self-esteem of patients who underwent rhinoplasty was not high prior to the operation. Rhinoplasty can help to improve the level of emotion and self-esteem. Nasal obstruction should be considered as the main uncomfortable symptom.
