水刀行微小切口腋臭根治术的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨采用水刀进行微小切口腋臭根治术的临床疗效。方法自2015年6月至2017年9月,对16例中、重度腋臭患者采用水刀行微小切口腋臭根治术。于腋窝行1.0~1.5 cm手术切口,潜行剥离术区后,利用水刀将皮下脂肪及汗腺组织切除。结果本组16例患者术后未发生任何并发症,术后7~9 d切口一期愈合。术后随访6~24个月,均未见明显瘢痕增生;治愈14例,显效2例,无效0例。结论利用水刀行微小切口治疗腋臭疗效确切,并发症较少,能够达到微创的治疗目的,为治疗腋臭提供了更好的选择。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery with water-jet for bromhidrosis. Methods From June 2015 to September 2017, 16 patients with moderate to severe bromhidrosis underwent minimally invasive radical surgery with water-jet. An operative incision from 1.0 to 1.5 cm was made in the axilla. Subcutaneous fat and sweat gland tissue were removed by water-jet after stripping the operation area. Results No complications occurred in any of the 16 patients. The incisions were primarily healed at 7 to 9 days postoperation. All patients were followed up from 6 to 24 months postoperation, and no obvious scar hyperplasia was observed. Fourteen patients were cured, and treatment in 2 patients was markedly effective. There were no patients for whom treatment was ineffective. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of minimally invasive radical surgery with water-jet was definite and the complications were fewer. Using this procedure, the goal of minimally invasive therapy can be achieved, providing a better option for the treatment of bromhidrosis.
