摘要
以澳大利亚国际学校竞赛与评价项目(ICAS)为例,针对ICAS项目在设计和实施过程中的一些具体做法,从转变考试设计理念、优化命题与审题环节、建立并完善评价体系和拓宽命题人员选培思路4个方面阐述ICAS项目对我国教育考试的启示。
Taking International Competitions and Assessments for Schools(ICAS), an assessment project developed by Educational Assessments Australia(EAA), as an example, this paper studies the key processes involved in the test development and administration of the ICAS project, examines the development and administration of our local educational examinations, and discusses how we could use ICAS as an inspiring source to revise our principles of test development, to optimize our item-writing and-reviewing procedures, to construct and perfect our evaluating system, and to find new ways to select and train item writers.
