临江丘陵富水地带超大直径混凝土灌注桩施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 长沙滨江金融大厦工程地处临江丘陵富水地段,采用超大直径混凝土灌注桩。因桩径大,采用常规机械成桩不能满足工程要求,项目部通过方案比选,确定采用人工配合机械成孔灌注桩为最优方案。针对工程所在地的工程地质条件及超大直径混凝土桩的施工特点,项目部采取了对应的质量及安全保障措施并形成了整套可复制性强的桩基础施工技术。实践证明该技术不仅满足工程进度、质量及安全文明施工要求,同时节约工期和成本。 The Changsha Binjiang Jinrong Building engineering project is next to the river and located in a rich water region,super large diameter concrete filling pile was adopted.For its super large diameter,the normal mechanical hole perfusion post technology is unfit for it.After comparing the pure artificial bored pile technology and the excavating mechanical hole perfusion post working with manpower,the project department decides to choose the latter method.According to the engineering geological condition of the project and the construction features of the super large diameter concrete filling pile,the project department adopts some countermeasures to guarantee the construction safety and quality and sums up a set of repeatable super large diameter pile foundation construction technology.Practice shows that the technology not only meets the requirements of the project progress,quality,safe and civilized construction,but also has great effect in saving time and cost.
