摘要
结合广东省某地下室深基坑原水泥搅拌桩止水帷幕失效,经高压旋喷桩处理后仍未解决问题的工程实例,从止水帷幕设计、施工工艺、水文地质条件等多方面对该基坑止水帷幕失效的原因进行详细分析。在地质条件复杂、基坑开挖深度大、承压水头高等不利条件下,分析了传统止水帷幕和传统补救措施的局限性,提出了新型钢板桩止水帷幕的优势。通过分析钢板桩止水帷幕的止水效果,得出钢板桩作为止水帷幕的可行性、有效性和经济性。
Combining with an basement deep foundation excavation in Guangdong province whose cement mixing water stop curtain fails and using high pressure jet grouting pile to repair did not received desired result,the reason of the water stop curtain failure in this deep foundation excavation is analyzed in detail based on the design of water stop curtain,the construction technology,hydrogeological conditions and so on.The limitation of traditional water stop curtain and remedy measures is analyzed and the advantage of new steel sheet pile water stop curtain is proposed under the adverse condition in deep foundation excavation with complex geological condition and high pressure head.By the result of the steel sheet pile water stop curtain in this project,it proves that steel sheet pile as water stop curtain is feasible,effective and economic.
