摘要 为明确大直径泥水盾构常压可更换滚刀非正常磨损的成因,解决大直径泥水盾构在复合地层中掘进时滚刀非正常磨损的问题,以武汉地铁某越江隧道工程为研究背景,总结了该工程盾构在上软下岩复合地层中掘进时滚刀非正常磨损类型,基于工程基本情况,分析了造成滚刀非正常磨损的原因。从滚刀的设计装配及选型、滚刀的配置及安装工艺、盾构施工参数3个方面提出了具体的改进措施,后期施工表明:采取的措施可有效延长滚刀使用寿命,改进效果十分显著。 In order to clarify and slove the problem of the abnormal wear of disc cutters that can be replaced under atmospheric pressure during tunnel excavation in the mixed ground,the tunnel project of a subway tunnel in Wuhan Subway was taken as a research background to summarizing the abnormal wear types of disc cutters.The reasons for the abnormal wear of disc cutters were analyzed based on the basic situation of the project.Finally,the specific improvement measures are put forward from three aspects:design,assembly and selection of disc cutters,layout and installation technology of disc cutters,shield construction parameters.Subsequent construction shows that the measures can effectively extend the disc cutters’life and they are very effective.
