摘要
我国职业教育集团化办学已经取得一些成果,但在运行机制上仍然存在不足。本文以辽宁装备制造职业教育集团为例,从集团章程和实践成果入手,分析研究职业教育集团化办学的运行现状,针对存在的组织机构不健全,激励机制不健全,缺乏专门的评价监督机制等问题,提出优化我国职业教育集团化办学运行机制的策略,旨在提高我国职业教育集团化办学的质量。
China’s vocational education group management has achieved some results nationwide, but there are still many shortcomings in the operation mechanism.Taking Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Education Group as an example,this paper starts with the group’s articles of association and practical achievements, analyzes the running status of vocational education group-run school, and points out that the existing organizational structure and incentive mechanism are not perfect, and there is no special evaluation and supervision mechanism. A strategy is to proposed to optimize the operational mechanism of the vocational education group in China, aiming at improving the quality of vocational education group in China.
