Analysis of Development Ways of Regional Vocational Education Group Based on Geographical Advantages

我国职教集团的发展正处在由规模化向内涵化发展的转型期。文章以国家级教学成果奖为研究对象,系统分析天津市城市职教集团在十几年发展历程中利用地缘优势,通过创新职教集团治理结构、运行机制和服务区域经济社会发展、服务终身学习的路径与方法,为区域型职教集团化的建设发展提供参考。

The development of China’s vocational education group is in the transitional period from large-scale development to intensive development. Taking the national teaching achievement award as the research object, this paper systematically analyses the ways and method of the development process of Tianjin City Vocational Education Group in the past ten years, by making use of its geographic advantages, innovating its governance structure, operation mechanism, serving regional economic and social development and serving lifelong learning, so as to provide reference for the construction and development of regional Vocational Education Group.
