在新时代,具有中国特色的职业教育发展规模和其所取得的成就让世界瞩目。但在职业教育发展过程中仍然存在与我国社会经济和产业结构发展不相适应的情况,主要表现为人民日益增长的渴望接受美好职业教育的需要和不平衡不充分的职业教育发展之间的矛盾。因此,研究职业教育发展过程中表现出的不平衡不充分的若干问题,分析职业教育中存在的短板和不足,积极回应人民群众对渴望接受美好职业教育的需要,对职业教育未来发展方向进行思考。

In the new era, the scale of the development of the socialist vocational education with Chinese characteristics and its achievements have drawn the world’sattention. However, in the course of the development of vocational education, there still exists a situation that is incompatible with the development of social economy and industrial structure in China,that is " the contradiction between people’s growing desire to accept good education occupation and unbalanced and insufficient development of the vocational education". Therefore, it is necessary to study some problems of unbalanced development in the development of vocational education, analyze the shortcomings in vocational education, actively respond to the needs of the masses for the desire for good vocational education, and provide reference for the future development of vocational education.
