摘要
后工业时代的消费显示出个性化、定制化特征,由此引发企业生产项目化、规模小型化的适应性转变,人才能力要求的侧重点也转向复合性、创新性,这种转变在本质上回归了人的本性。在此背景之下,高职人才培养体系也需要做出顺应性转变,培养适应社会发展的"完整人"。
The consumption inthe post-industrial era, has the characteristics of focusing on quality but small quantity,individuation and customization. As a result, the enterprise make adaptive transformation of projectized in enterprise production and miniaturization in production scale.The emphasis of talents’ ability is also changed to complexity and innovation. This transformation essentially returns to the nature of complex and advanced social organisms as human beings. In this context, the talent training system of higher vocational colleges also needs to make a responsive transformation to cultivate " whole person " to meet the needs of social development.
