柔性职业能力培养研究

摘要 科学的职业能力结构包括刚性职业能力与柔性职业能力。柔性职业能力的弱化与缺失,不符合产业、行业、职业真实客观的需求,制约了学生的有效就业和创业。柔性职业能力的本质要求和基本内涵,主要体现在人文主义与社会关系上。通过目标定位、教学计划、教学实践、考核评价等环节,完善和加强"柔性职业能力"的形成教育。 The scientific professional ability structure includes rigid professional ability and flexible professional ability. The weakening and lack of flexible professional ability does not meet the practical and objective needs of the profession in the industry and restrain students from getting a job or starting an undertaking effectively. The essential requirements and basic connotations of flexible professional ability are mainly reflected in the relationship between humanism and society. Through the target positioning, teaching plan, teaching practice, assessment and other links, we can improve and strengthen the formative education of "flexible professional ability".
