Research on and Reference for Practical Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges in Singapore

近年来,新加坡职业教育在国际上成绩斐然,尤其在实践教学上,通过积极推进校内外实习与实训的双轨制模式,成功推动了职业教育与新加坡经济社会发展的契合。深化实践教学既是创新人才培养模式的战略举措,更是建设高水平专业的迫切要求,因此,通过与新加坡的比较,提出了我国高职院校实践教学的优化路径。

In recent years, Singapore’s vocational education has made great achievements internationally. By actively promoting the dual-track teaching mode of off-campus internship and training, Singapore’s vocational education is highly compatible with Singapore’s economic and social development. To deepen practical teaching is a strategic measure for the cultivation of innovative talents as well as urgent requirements for building a high level of professionalism. Based on a comparison perspective with Singapore’s vocational education, this paper proposes the optimization path and countermeasures of the practical teaching of vocational education in China.
