摘要
高校作为培育高水平人才的最重要平台,教育质量的好坏,直接影响到人才的培养,也关系到我国未来的发展。某市医学高等专科学校基于PDCA循环理论的步骤和特点,针对该校办学理念的现状和不足,将PDCA管理理念引入,从Plan(计划)、Do(执行)、Check(检查)、Action(反馈、处理)四个阶段入手,进行探索与实践,研究PDCA循环在办学理念改进中的应用。
As colleges are the important platform for cultivating talents,the education quality of colleges is essential for talent cultivation,and therefore for future development of China.Based on the steps and characteristics of the PDCA cycle theory,the management concept of PDCA is introduced to a medical college in view of the status quo and defects in the management of the college,and exploration and practice are carried out following the steps of"plan,do,check and action",so as to investigate the potential application of the PDCA cycle in improving management concept of colleges.
