摘要
艺术教师队伍应该是一个充满活力、思维活跃、审美心理层次高的群体,加强学校艺术教育,提高音乐教师专业技能,是当今中国艺术教育的迫切需要。根据新时代音乐教师核心素养标准,结合教育教学实践活动培养新型音乐教师的模式,需要音乐教师经历从教育理论到实践运用的职业发展水平的几个关键时期。本文阐明了音乐教师在新课改背景下面临的挑战和机遇,提出要从自我设计与塑造开始,融合各种资源,形成合力,以更大的格局,更好地兼顾当下和未来的关系,成为新时代的优秀音乐教师。
The art teacher team should be a dynamic and active thinking group with high level of aesthetics. Strengthening art education in schools and improving the skills of music teachers is an urgent need for art education in China today. According to the core literacy standards of teachers in the new era,combined with the educational and practical activities to cultivate the mode of new type of music teachers,music teachers need to experience several key periods of career development from educational theory to practical application. This article clarifies the challenges and opportunities that music teachers face under the background of the new curriculum reform,starting with self-design and shaping,integrating various resources to form synergy.Better balance the relationship between the present and the future in a bigger pattern and become a good music teacher in the new era.
