摘要 针对中职德育教学中存在的问题,坚持以学生"成人、成长、成才"发展为本,围绕一体化育人目标,树立一体化育人意识,采取一体化德育策略,对中职德育课、实践德育、文化德育、学生德育评价体系进行整体设计,构建出"四位一体"的中职德育教育体系。其中,德育课堂教学是育人的主渠道,实践活动是落脚点,校园文化是着力点,考核评价体系是支撑点。 In view of the existing problems in moral education in secondary vocational schools,it needs to focus on the development of "adults,growth,and talents" among students,focus on the goal of integrated education,establish an awareness of integrated education,and adopt an integrated moral education strategy. The systems of moral education,practical moral education,cultural moral education,and student moral education evaluation in secondary vocational schools are designed as a whole,and a "four-in-one" system of moral education in secondary vocational schools is constructed. Among them,moral education classroom teaching is the main channel for educating people,and practical activities are the destination. Campus culture is the focus,and assessment and evaluation system is the support point.
