自由锻造液压机锻造工艺参数监测系统开发 被引量:5

Development of forging process parameters monitoring system for free forging hydraulic press

摘要 锻件是装备制造行业的基础构件,其成形质量的优劣直接影响零部件的使用性能及寿命。借助于传感设备对自由锻件成形过程工艺参数进行实时监控,并据此开发了一套工艺参数监测系统,实施工艺调整。重点阐述了系统网络通信结构及软件的开发方法。该系统采用Modbus TCP协议网关传输锻件锻造过程中的生产工艺参数,为工艺人员分析变形速度、成形温度、成形力对锻件质量的影响提供了技术支持,并为相应的工艺改进提供理论依据。本系统可实时动态显示锻件生产过程中的温度、压力、位移、变形量、变形力等参数,并通过Oracle数据库实现历史数据存储检索与导出等功能。本系统可在锻造生产线上进行推广使用。 Forging is the basic component of equipment manufacturing industry,and its forming quality directly affects the service performance and life of parts. Based on this,a monitoring system of process parameters was developed by means of sensor equipment to monitor technological parameters during forming process of free forgings in real-time,and the relevant process adjustment was realized. Then,the structure of system network communication and the development method of software were mainly introduced. Furthermore,this system transmits the production process parameters during forging by Modbus TCP protocol gateway to provide technical support for technologists to analyze the influence of deformation speed,forming temperature and forming force on the forging quality and also provides theoretical basis for corresponding process improvement. Thus,this system displayes the parameters of temperature,pressure,displacement,deformation and deformation force during forging production process in real time and dynamically,and realizes the functions of storage,retrieving and exporting historical data through Oracle database. Finally,this system can be widely promoted in the forging production line.
