摘要
为提高公路桥梁混凝土的质量,文章列举了公路桥梁混凝土存在的质量通病,包括原材料质量不合格、混凝土蜂窝、麻面、孔洞、漏筋等等,并分析了每种病害的成因。为防止桥梁混凝土出现以上这些病害,指出需要严格把控混凝土施工过程中的原材料选择、配合比设计、拌合与运输、模板安装、浇筑和振捣以及养生等各个工序。在桥梁混凝土施工完成后,还要对其质量进行检测,文章列举了检测的常用方法,阐述了每种方法的基本原理,分析了每种方法的优缺点,并推荐采用回弹法检测桥梁混凝土质量,采用工程实例说明了回弹法检测桥梁混凝土强度的原理及数据分析过程。指出通过对桥梁混凝土施工全过程控制及施工完成后的质量检测进行把控,进而提高整个桥梁工程的质量。
In order to improve the quality of highway bridge concrete,the article enumerates the common quality problems of highway bridge concrete,such as unqualified raw material quality,concrete honeycomb,hemp surface,hole,leakage reinforcement and so on. The cause of each disease was analyzed. In order to prevent the above problems,the paper points out that it is necessary to strictly control the raw material selection,mix proportion design,mixing and transportation,formwork installation,pouring and vibrating as well as the various processes in concrete construction. After the concrete construction of bridge is completed,its quality should be tested. This paper enumerates the common methods of detection,expounds the basic principles and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and recommends to use springback method to detect the concrete quality of bridge. The principle and data analysis process of testing bridge concrete strength by springback method are illustrated by an engineering example. The paper points out that the quality of concrete can be improved by controlling the whole process of concrete construction and the quality inspection after construction.
