从以热病为线索的贯通、在热病问题上的中西医碰撞、由热病临床引发的思考三个方面,介绍和评论《气与细菌的近代中国医疗史》的主要内容和观点。认为其运用"重层医史"的概念,探讨了中医外感热病学的知识转型;并结合传统文献、医者观点、中西疾病观的变迁和日常生活等,考察了中医热病学在近代所发生的种种变化。

This paper introduces and comments on the main contents and viewpoints of Modern Chinese Medical History of Qi and Bacteria from three aspects:the breakthrough by the clue from febrile disease,the collision of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on febrile disease,and the thinking caused by febrile disease.The book uses the concept of‘double-layer of medical history’to explore the knowledge transformation of exogenous febrile disease of traditional Chinese medicine.It examines the transformation in modern times from the aspects of traditional literature,doctor’s viewpoint,changes of Chinese and Western views on diseases and daily life.
