介绍运用麻杏石甘汤合四君子汤加减治疗湿疹的临床体会。认为湿疹基本病机为脾虚肺热、湿热内蕴,治宜健脾清肺。并举验案2则。

This paper discusses the clinical experience of using Maxing Shigan Decoction and modified Sijunzi Decoction in treating eczema.It is considered that the basic etiology and pathogenesis of eczema are spleen deficiency,lung heat and internal accumulation of damp-heat.Therefore,the method of invigorating the spleen and clearing the lung is used to treat the disease.Two proven cases are presented.
