从先证而治出发浅析辨病论治的意义

Significance of treatment based on differentiation of disease from perspective of treatment before symptoms arising

先证而治是基于疾病发展规律、具有辨病论治思想的治疗方法,有着重要的理论和临床价值,在现代中医临床中展现出不可忽视的生命力。从先证而治的历史源流出发整理归纳其产生、演变和发展脉络,结合现代应用的实例,认为先证而治蕴含的疾病整体观和辨病论治思维,对中医临床具有重要的指导意义。

Treatment before symptoms arising,is a method of treating disease based on the law of disease development with the thought of differentiating diseases.It has important theoretical and clinical value and can not be ignored in modern Chinese medicine.Starting from the historical source of treatment before symptoms arising,this paper sums up its course of emergence,evolution and development.Combining with the examples of modern application,the author holds that the strategy of treatment before symptoms arising contains the thought of holistic view of disease and treatment based on differentiation of disease,which has important guiding significance for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
