摘要
采用滴涂与电沉积相结合的方法将氧化石墨烯和硫瑾修饰到玻碳电极的表面,制得硫瑾/氧化石墨烯修饰电极。并用循环伏安法研究了抗坏血酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为,优化了测定抗坏血酸的实验条件,如:pH、扫描速度和工作电位等。结果表明:该电极对抗坏血酸的氧化反应表现出良好的电催化性质,在优化的条件下,抗坏血酸在1. 0×10^(-8)~5. 0×10^(-4)mol/L表现出良好的线性关系,检测限为4×10^(-9)mol/L。方法成功用于水果中抗坏血酸的测定。
A thioglyene/graphene oxide modified electrode was prepared by coating and electrodeposition of the two components onto the surface of a glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemical behaviors of ascorbic acid at modified electrodes were investigated by using cyclic voltammetry.Several experiment factors such as pH,scan rate and applied potential were studied.As shown by the experimental results,this modified electrode exhibited electrocatalytic response t.o the oxidation of ascorbic acid.The response current revealed a good linear relationship with the concentration of ascorbic acid in the range of 1×10^-8~5×10^-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 4×10^-9 mol/L (S/N =3)in the pH 2.5 phosphate buffer solution.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of ascorbic acid in fruits.
