摘要
目的建立同时测定半边旗药材中7个组分芹菜素-7-O-β-D-龙胆二糖苷、木犀草苷、paniculoside III、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、ent-11α-hydroxy-15-oxokaur-16-en-19-oic acid、(16R)-ent-11α-hydroxy-15-oxokaurane-19-oic acid、芹菜素含量的HPLC方法。方法采用Kromasil 100-5 C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.02%三氟乙酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),柱温为35℃,检测波长为210 nm。结果 7个化合物分离度良好,呈现良好的线性关系(r>0.999 5),平均加样回收率在99.58%~100.84%,RSD<1.60%。结论该方法简单准确,稳定性和重复性良好,可以为半边旗药材的质量控制提供科学参考。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of apigenin-7-O-β-D-gentobioside,luteolin,paniculoside Ⅲ,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,ent-11α-hydroxy-15-oxokaur-16-en-19-oic acid,(16R)-ent-11α-hydroxy-15-oxokaurane-19-oic acid,and apigenin in Pteris semipinnata L..Methods HPLC analysis was performed on a Shimadzu LC-20AT apparatus with a Kromasil 100-5 C18column(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)and gradient eluting with acetonitrile-0.02% trifluoroacetic acid water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 35℃and detection wavelength at 210 nm.Results Seven compounds showed good separation and linearity(r>0.999 5).The average sample recovery rates were 99.58%-100.84%,RSD<1.60%.Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate,with high stability and repeatability,which could provide reference for the quality control of P.semipinnata.
