摘要
材料不同会导致机床结构产生的热变形不同。以数控机床床身为研究对象,采用Ansys Workbench有限元分析方法研究了不同材料的机床床身热变形临界点的位置。通过分析发现,不同材料的数控机床床身热变形临界点的位置不同。对不同材料热变形进行研究,可以为提高数控机床热变形误差补偿效果奠定基础。
Different materials can cause different thermal deformations in the machine structure.In this paper,the NC machine bed is taken as the research object,and the position of the thermal deformation critical point of the machine bed of different materials is studied by Ansys Workbench finite element analysis method.Through analysis,it is found that the position of the thermal deformation critical point of the CNC machine bed with different materials is different. Studying the thermal deformation of different materials can lay a foundation for improving the compensation effect of thermal deformation error of CNC machine tools.
