木结构建筑结构材用胶黏剂的现状

Research advance of adhesive for structural timber in wooden architecture

介绍了木结构建筑结构材的种类,集成材、定向刨花板、结构胶合板、单板层积材及正交胶合木等;分别概述了这些木质构件用胶黏剂的研究现状,所用胶黏剂主要包括间苯二酚甲醛树脂胶粘剂、酚醛树脂胶粘剂、水性高分子异氰酸酯胶粘剂、三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂和聚氨酯胶黏剂;展望了这些胶黏剂的发展趋势。

This paper introduces the type of structural timber in wooden building,like laminated timber,oriented strand board,structural plywood,laminated veneer lumber and cross-laminated timber and so on.It also summarizes the research status of these adhesives for wooden components,the adhesives include resorcinol formaldehyde resin adhesive, phenolic resin adhesive,water-based polymer is ocyanate adhesives,melamine resin adhesives and polyurethane adhesives.At last,the development trend of these adhesive is prospected.
