Objective To analyze the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion in patients undergoing endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation. Methods Seventy-two patients underwent endoscopic esophageal varices ligation in the 909 th hospital of the People’s Liberation Army Joint Service Support Force from April 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 36 cases each. Propofol combined with fentanyl was anesthetized in the control group, and propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion was performed in the observation group. Results Heart rate and blood pressure fluctuations were small in the observation group at different time points. The heart rate and blood pressure fl uctuations were larger in the comparison group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). The recovery time of the patients in the comparison group was(16.1 ± 1.7) min, and the recovery time of the patients in the observation group was(8.2 ± 1.3) min. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined with remifentanil target-controlled infusion in patients undergoing endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation can help hemodynamics remain stable.
