摘要
韩城馄饨历史悠久,其中猪肉臊子馄饨的制作技艺被列为陕西省非物质文化遗产。经过历代传承,韩城馄饨成为当地的民俗和礼仪食品,独具地方特色。馄饨是韩城人在节令时日和众多仪式场合必不可少的食物,蕴含着深厚的文化价值,有维系宗亲情感的社会功能和团圆美满的文化寓意。
Hancheng wonton has a long history, the production technique of Hancheng minced pork wonton is listed as intangible cultural heritage of the city of Hancheng. Hancheng wonton has passed through generations as the custom and etiquette food of the city of Hancheng, which has unique local features. It must be eaten on the day of the festival and many ceremonial occasions. It contains profound cultural values, mainly including the social function of maintaining the family affection and the cultural symbolic function of a happy reunion.
