摘要
新疆索尔库都克铜矿是典型的矽卡岩成矿极坚硬矿山,一直饱受台阶爆破块度较大问题的困扰。在正确认识岩石爆破破碎的物理性质和露天台阶爆破的破碎机理的基础上,分析了炸药爆速对破碎块度的影响及单位体积炸药消耗量与破碎块度的关系,采取了引进高爆速炸药、增大炮孔孔径、小抵抗线宽孔距爆破技术、电子雷管、深孔排间辅助短炮孔技术、孔口高能辅助药包技术等一系列针对性技术措施,取得了较好的露天台阶爆破破碎块度控制效果。
The Solkuduk copper mine in Xinjiang is a typical hard rock mine for skarn mineralization,which has been plagued by the problem of large blasting blocks.Based on the correct understanding of the physical properties of rock blasting and the fracture mechanism of open-air bench blasting,the influence of explosive velocity on the fragmentation degree and the relationship between the consumption of unit explosives and the fragmentation degree are analyzed.A better open-air step blasting fragmentation control effect is obtained by a series of targeted technical measures such as high explosive explosives,increased blast hole aperture,small resistance line wide hole blasting technology,electronic detonator,auxiliary energy charge technology,and auxiliary short blast-hole technology are adopted.
