摘要
探讨了通过优化某厂UCM轧机各项工艺参数,可实现稳定批量化生产高强系列用钢,利用CSP(薄板坯连铸连轧)+TCM(冷连扎)机组生产抗拉强度超过540 MPa的高强冷硬钢带的可行性,采用新设计的轧制规程和工艺制度可实现稳定生产高强度冷硬钢带。
The feasibility of stable mass production of high strength series steel by optimizing the process parameters of UCM rolling mill in a certain factory is discussed,and the feasibility of producing high strength cold and hard steel strip with tensile strength over 540 MPa by CSP( thin slab continuous casting and rolling) + TCM( tandem cold mill) unit is discussed. Using the new design rolling schedule and process system can realize the production of high strength cold hard steel strip stability.
