就酒钢焦化厂5#、6#捣固焦炉在结焦时间60 h,且在冬季极端最低温度近零下20℃的生产环境下,对捣固过程中煤饼大面积垮塌、装煤过程中集气管压力持续偏高等问题进行了分析,并针对严重影响焦炉生产的具体问题,结合酒钢焦化厂生产和技术改造实践提出了可行的解决措施,防止了事故的发生,稳定了生产秩序。
