贵州省职业性电离辐射放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核检测分析 被引量:6

Detection and analysis of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphatic fine fertilizer for occupational ionizing radiation workers in Guizhou

摘要 目的了解贵州省职业性电离辐射对放射工作人员健康的影响。方法抽取职业性电离辐射放射工作人员及6个月内无照射史某高校在校大学生静脉血培养、检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果放射组与对照组(χ2=218.69,P<0.05)、不同地区(χ2=85.43,P<0.05)、不同放射工种(χ2=23.25,P<0.05)、不同年龄(χ2=87.94,P<0.05)及不同放射工龄(χ2=75.14,P<0.05)的微核检测结果相比较,差异均有统计学意义;不同性别微核检测结果比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.32,P>0.05)。结论职业性电离辐射对放射工作人员健康有一定影响,应加强放射防护工作。 Objective To understand whether occupational ionizing radiation in Guizhou has any effect on the health of radiation workers. Methods The blood samples of occupational ionizing radiation workers and college students without irradiation in 6 months were collected,tested and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group( χ^2= 218.69,P< 0.05),different areas( χ^2= 85.43,P< 0.05),different types of radiation work( χ^2= 23.25,P<0.05),different age( χ^2= 87.94,P<0.05) and different radiation working age micronucleus test results( χ^2= 75.14,P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the results of different sex micronucleus detection( χ^2= 2.32,P>0.05).Conclusion Occupational ionizing radiation has a certain effect on the health of radiation workers,and radiation protection should be strengthened.
