摘要
教育资源相对公平的配置是地方教育公平实现的基础条件,少数民族地区的教育资源相对不足,教育资源的公平化配置关系着民族地区的教育公平,影响了民族地区教育资源的利用情况,同时也影响着地方教育效率的提升。结合民族地区影响教育资源公平化配置的现实环境条件,要推进民族地区教育资源公平化配置,可以通过信息技术优化教育资源配置环境技术条件,也可以促进经济发展来增加资源总量,同时还可以设置差异化标准和制定合理化资源配置标准的要求。
The relatively fair allocation of educational resources is the basic condition for the realization of local educational equity, and the educational resources in minority areas are relatively insufficient, and the fair allocation of educational resources is related to the educational fairness in ethnic minority areas. It also affects the utilization of educational resources in minority areas, and at the same time affects the promotion of local educational efficiency. Combining with the realistic environmental conditions that affect the equitable allocation of educational resources in ethnic minority areas, we should promote the equitable allocation of educational resources in ethnic minority areas. It is possible to optimize the environmental and technical conditions of educational resources allocation through information technology, to promote economic development to increase the total amount of resources, and to set up differentiated standards to rationalize resource allocation standards.
