炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果

Effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone in treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨青春期功血患者采取炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗的临床疗效及意义。方法本研究于我院妇产科收集青春期功血患者共200例作为本次实验对象,所有患者均于2017年1～12月期间入院接受治疗,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组100例与观察组100例,对照组患者临床治疗采取戊酸雌二醇片方案,观察组患者临床治疗则采取炔雌醇环丙孕酮片方案,针对两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后出血量、止血时间、不良反应及复发率等情况进行记录和比较。结果两组患者治疗前出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);观察组患者临床疗效显著高于对照组,治疗后出血量、不良反应发生率以及复发率均显著低于对照组,且两组治疗后出血量均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论青春期功血采取炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者出血症状,规避不良反应,降低复发率,因此该种治疗方案具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and significance of ethinylestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 200 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given estradiol valerate tablets for clinical treatment while patients in the observation group were given ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets for clinical treatment.The clinical curative effect,bleeding loss before and after treatment,hemostasis time,adverse reaction and recurrence rate of patients in two groups were recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the blood loss before treatment between the two groups(P > 0.05).The clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Blood loss,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rat after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The blood loss after treatment in two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablet in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has significant curative effects.It can effectively improve the symptoms of bleeding,avoid adverse reactions and reduce the recurrence rate.Therefore,the treatment scheme has a high promotion value.
