糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻腔冲洗治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical curative effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with nasal cavity irrigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的观察糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻腔冲洗治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年12月～2017年12月在我院耳鼻喉科门诊接受治疗的100例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组单独使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究组在此基础上联合鼻腔冲洗治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的鼻炎症状VAS评分、生活质量RQLQ评分和鼻内镜评分。结果治疗后,两组患者VAS评分和RQLQ评分均显著低于治疗前,且两组患者治疗后RQLQ评分研究组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),但两组患者治疗后的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组患者治疗后鼻内镜评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且研究组患者鼻内镜评分显著优于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻腔冲洗较单独使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效更好。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of mometasone furoatenasal spray combined with nasal cavity irrigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in the department of ENT of Zhanjiang Central People’s Hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected as research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with mometasone furoatenasal spray while the study group was treated with nasal cavity irrigation on basis of it.VAS scores of rhinitis symptoms, quality of life RQLQ scores and nasal endoscopic scores before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,VAS score and RQLQ score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment.RQLQ score after treatment of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score after treatmenr between two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment, nasal endoscopic score of two groups were lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment, nasal endoscopic score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with nasal cavity irrigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is better than that of mometasone furoate nasal spray alone.
