护理干预对幼儿支气管肺炎疗效及肺功能的影响

Curative effect of nursing intervention on children with bronchopneumonia and its effect on pulmonary function

目的分析在幼儿支气管肺炎中应用护理干预的临床效果及对肺功能产生的影响。方法择取2017年7月1日～2018年3月31日我院因支气管肺炎住院的幼儿患儿110例,随机将所选患儿分成对照组和研究组,对照组55例患儿给予常规护理,研究组55例患儿给予护理干预,对两组临床效果及对肺功能产生的影响进行分析和比较。结果研究组临床总有效率为94.55%,对照组临床总有效率为81.82%,研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);护理后研究组FVC、PEF、FEV1、FEF25%～75%均高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组皮疹、静脉刺激、胃肠反应以及渗漏等不良反应发生概率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组咳嗽、发热以及肺湿啰音消失时间明显早于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在幼儿支气管肺炎中应用护理干预的效果良好,可以改善患儿的肺功能,避免不良反应出现,安全性良好,临床价值显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nursing intervention in children with bronchopneumonia and its effect on pulmonary function. Methods 110 children with bronchopneumonia who were hospitalized in our hospital and child health care hospital from July 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and study group. 55 children in the control group were treated with routine nursing while55 children in the study group were treated with nursing intervention. The clinical effects and the effect on pulmonary function in two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the study group and the control group were respectively 94.55% and 81.82%. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After nursing, FVC, PEF, FEV1 and FEF25%-75% in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as rash,venous irritation, gastrointestinal reaction and leakage occurred in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The disappearance time of cough, fever and pulmonary moist rales in the study group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in children with bronchopneumonia is good. It can improve pulmonary function of children, avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions. It has good safety and the clinical value is remarkable.
