医护一体化责任制整体护理模式在感染内科中的应用

Application of holistic nursing mode of medical integration responsibility system in department of infectious medicine

目的分析医护一体化责任制整体护理模式在感染内科中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年12月～2017年12月实施医护一体化责任制整体护理的感染内科患者40例作为研究组,同期实施常规护理感染内科患者40例作为对照组,比较两组患者的护理情况。结果在护理工作质量评分、护理满意度评分上,研究组明显高于对照组;在不良事件发生率上,研究组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在阳性体征检查和检验、饮食活动睡眠情况方面,研究组医护人员对患者知情知晓率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在感染内科临床护理中,应用医护一体化责任制整体护理模式,可以显著提升护理工作质量,改善护理满意水平,降低不良反应率,对医院护理工作进步、患者健康都有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of holistic nursing mode of medical integration responsibility system in department of infectious medicine. Methods 40 patients in department of infectious medicine in which holistic nursing mode of medical integration responsibility system was implemented in our hospital from December2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study group.40 patients in department of infectious medicine who were given routine nursing in the same period were selected as the control group.The nursing conditions of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the aspect of positive physical examination and test,die,activity and sleep,the awareness rate of medical staff in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of department of infectious medicine,holistic nursing mode of medical integration responsibility system can significantly improve the quality of nursing work,improve the level of nursing satisfaction and reduce the adverse reaction rate,which has an important effect on the progress of hospital nursing and patients’ health.
