优质护理对白内障超声乳化术后干眼症的预防效果观察

Observation on the preventive effect of high quality nursing on dry eye after phacoemulsification for cataract

目的对行白内障超声乳化术的患者进行优质护理干预,探讨优质护理对术后干眼症的预防效果。方法选取2017年3月～2018年2月我院眼科收治的86例白内障患者,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采取常规护理方法,观察组患者进行优质护理干预。从患者干眼症相关医学知识掌握情况评分、干眼症症状评分和干眼症发病率3方面,对护理效果进行评价。结果护理1周和1个月时,观察组患者干眼症相关医学知识掌握情况评分均高于对照组,干眼症症状评分均低于对照组。护理1个月时,对照组干眼症发病率为27.91%,观察组干眼症发病率为60.47%。以上各项比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对白内障超声乳化患者进行优质护理干预,有效预防了患者术后干眼症的发生,效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on postoperative dry eye by implementing high quality nursing intervention for patients with cataract undergoing phacoemulsification. Methods 86 patients with cataract who were admitted and treated in department of ophthalmology in our hospital from March 2017 to February2018 were selected and they were divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing while patients in the observation group were treated with quality nursing intervention.The nursing effect was evaluated from three aspects including the score of patients’ medical knowledge of dry eye, the score of dry eye symptoms and the incidence of dry eye. Results At 1 week and 1 month of nursing, the score of patients’ medical knowledge of dry eye in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the score of dry eye symptoms was lower than that in the control group.At 1 month of nursing, the incidence of dry eye syndrome in the control group and the observation group were 27.91% and 60.47%respectively.The above differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with cataract undergoing phacoemulsification,quality nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative dry eye syndrome in patients, and the effect is remarkable.
