提高门诊雾化吸入患儿顺应性的护理对策

Nursing countermeasures for improving compliance of children with aerosol inhalation in outpatient department

目的探讨提高患儿门诊雾化吸入顺应性的护理对策。方法随机选择本院2017年1月～2018年1月门诊收治的需要进行雾化吸收治疗的360例患儿,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为两组,各180例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用优质护理措施,比较两组治疗顺应性及护理满意情况。结果观察组患儿的顺应性均明显高于对照组的顺应性,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.44%,对照组患儿护理满意度为77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=20.903,P <0.05)。结论在雾化吸入治疗过程中给予患儿优质护理能够有效提高患儿治疗的顺应性,确保治疗效果,有助于患儿尽快恢复健康。

Objective To explore the nursing measures to improve compliance of children with aerosol inhalation in outpatient department. Methods 360 children who were treated with aerosol inhalation in outpatient department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly selected. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 180 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing measures while the observation group was given high quality nursing measures. Compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44% and that of the control group was 77.78%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=20.903, P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing during the treatment process of aerosol inhalation can effectively improve the compliance of the children, ensure the effect of the treatment and help the children to recover as soon as possible.
