粤北地区前列腺癌患者腹腔镜术后营养素摄入情况调查研究

Investigation on nutrient intake after laparoscopic surgery in patients with prostate cancer in Northern Guangdong Province

目的对粤北地区前列腺癌患者腹腔镜术后营养素摄入情况进行调查,探讨是否增强术后饮食指导对患者营养素摄入情况的影响。方法选取2008年2月～2017年6月期间粤北地区45例前列腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在此基础上加强术后饮食干预,观察两组患者术后营养素摄入情况。结果观察组患者中,能量摄入达标率为95.65%,蛋白质摄入达标率为91.30%,碳水化合物摄入达标率为86.96%,钙摄入达标率为86.96%,维生素摄入达标率为86.96%;对照组患者中,能量摄入达标率为68.18%,蛋白质摄入达标率为60.87%,碳水化合物摄入达标率为60.87%,钙摄入达标率为59.09%,维生素摄入达标率为54.55%,两组患者营养素摄入达标率对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论营养素摄入情况对前列腺癌患者术后康复质量具有较大影响,而经由加强饮食指导方案的实施,可有效提升患者术后营养素摄入合理性。

Objective To investigate the nutritional intake of prostate cancer patients after laparoscopy in Northern Guangdong Province, and to explore whether the effect of dietary guidance on nutritional intake of patients was enhanced. Methods Forty-five cases of prostate cancer in Northern Guangdong Province from February 2008 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects, and all them were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random sampling principle. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group was given dietary intervention on the basis of this. The nutritional intake of the two groups were observed. Results Among the patients in the observation group, the standard-reaching rate of energy intake was95.65%, protein intake was 91.30%, carbohydrate intake was 86.96%, calcium intake was 86.96%, vitamin intake was 86.96%. And among the patients in the control group, the standard-reaching rate of energy intake was 68.18%,and protein intake was 60.87%, carbohydrate intake was 60.87%, calcium intake was 59.09%, vitamin intake was54.55%. The difference of the standard-reaching rate of nutrient intake in two groups was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The intake of nutrients has a great influence on the postoperative rehabilitation quality of the patients with prostate cancer, and the implementation of the diet guidance scheme can effectively improve the rationality of postoperative nutrition intake.
