间歇性外斜视手术矫正前后融合和立体视功能的对照研究 被引量:6

A comparative study on fusion function and stereopsis function before and after surgical correction of intermittent exotropia

摘要 目的探讨间歇性外斜视患者矫正前后的立体视功能与融合功能变化。方法选取2016年5月~2018年5月期间就诊的102例间歇性外斜视患者,测量患者第一眼位斜视度,对患者看近立体视锐度进行测定,评估患者的融合功能,按照术后不同斜视度分为四组,即A组(+1~+5 PD)、B组(0 PD)、C组(-1~-5PD)、D组(-6~-10 PD),统计患者术前术后的立体视锐度及双眼融合功能。结果患者术前术后双眼融合功能差异有统计学意义;四组患者术后双眼中心融合比例上,从大到小依次为B组、C组、D组、A组,各组比较差异有统计学意义(χ患者除A组外其余各组立体视锐度在术前术后变化差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论大部分间歇性外斜视患者术后立体视锐度及双眼融合功能及均有明显改善,而轻度过矫(+1~+5 PD)者会影响双眼单视功能。 Objective To explore changes of stereopsis function and fusion function before and after surgical correction of intermittent exotropia. Methods 102 patients with intermittent exotropia who were treated from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected. The exotropia degree of primary eye position of patients was measured and stereoacuityof looking near was detected to evaluate the fusion function. According to different exotropia degrees after operation, they were divided into group A(+1-+5 PD), group B(0 PD), group C(-1--5 PD) and group D(-6--10 PD). The stereoacuity and binocular fusion function before and after operation of patients were recorded. Results There were significant differences in binocular fusion function of patients before and after operation. In terms of the proportion of postoperative binocular center fusion in patients of four groups, the order from the largest to the smallest is group B, group C, group D and group A. There were significant differences among the four groups(χ^2=18.55,P <0.05). After operation, the stereoacuity was signifciantly improved compared with that before operation(P <0.05).Preoperative and postoperative changes of stereoacuity in all groups except group A were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion After operation, stereoacuity and binocular fusion function of most patients with intermittent exotropia were significantly improved. However, mild overcorrection(+1-+5 PD) may affect binocular monocular function.
