社区药学服务的现状分析及对策

药学服务是药师直接提供与药物治疗有关的服务,关系到患者生命质量的高低。社区药学服务利于患者安全、有效、经济的使用药物,以达到改善其生活质量的目的,在促进人类健康、打造健康中国方面发挥着巨大作用。如何有效降低社区用药风险,促进安全合理用药,需要进一步探索。本文介绍当下社区药学服务存在的问题,并提出通过不同方式提高社区药学服务水平的相关建议。

Pharmaceutical care is that pharmacists directly provide services related to drug treatment,which is related to the quality of life of patients.Community pharmaceutical care is conducive to the safe,effective and economical use of drugs by patients to improve their quality of life,which has great effect on promoting human health and building a healthy China.How to effectively reduce the risk of drug use in the community and promote safe and rational use of drugs require further exploration.This paper introduces the problems existing in the current community pharmaceutical care and proposes relevant suggestions to improve the level of community pharmaceutical care through different methods.
