摘要
门槛梁作为汽车车身的主要连接支柱,通过提高材料系数,增加车身的安全性能,然而材料系数的提升,对后期的回弹预估就具有一定的挑战性。介绍了门槛梁的工艺特点、特性,材料成形后的相关问题,模具调试的方法,后期改修时的各种注意事项,以及模具改修时回弹量的控制方法,通过一系列的改修方案,最终达到合格产品。
The threshold beam is the main connecting struts of vehicle body.The improvement of the material coefficient can increase the vehicle safety performance.However,the improvement of material coefficient will bring challenge to the prediction of the resilience afterwards.This paper introduces the technological characteristics and characteristics of the threshold beam,the related problems after material forming,the method of die debugging,various dos and don’ts in later modification period,and the control methods of resilience during die modification,and a series of methods,which will eventually produce qualified products.
