摘要
盘簧盖片注射模设计中忽视了进料位置的正确选择,导致塑件中重要尺寸无法满足用户的需求,使用户无法接受模具,被放置了两年多时间。现用户急需塑件,对原有模具进料位置进行改进:通过将一模出8件改为一模出4件,重新设计流道位置,选择从塑件壁厚的部位进料,以便补收缩,改变原来从壁薄处进料方式,保证进料的平衡性。模具经过进料位置的改变,塑件中重要尺寸得到了纠正和满足,模具被用户接受,使放置了两年多的模具起死回生。
The correct selection of feed position is neglected in the mold design of spring cover plate,causes the important size of the plastic parts to fail to meet the user’s needs.Making it impossible for users to accept molds,it was placed for more than two years.Current users are in desperate need of products,improve the feed position of the original mold:By changing one model from eight to one model from four,re-engineer the channel location,select the feed from the thick wall of the product,to make up for the contractions,change the way the material is fed from the thin wall,ensure the balance of feed.After the mold changes the feed position,important dimensions in the molding have been corrected and satisfied,the mold is accepted by the user,bring the mold back to life after more than two years of placement.
