摘要
通过对机身面盖的结构和注射成型工艺性分析,采用UG软件进行模具设计。综合考虑机身面盖的外观表面要求、塑件强度、加工条件,生产效率和制造成本等因素,特采用1模1腔模具结构,对模具总体结构进行设计和分析论证,大大提高了模具设计效率。
The mold was designed by UG based on analysis the fuselage surface cover structure and injection molding technology.The appearance of the fuselage surface,the strength of products,processing conditions,factors such as production efficiency and manufacture cost were considered.One module and one cavity module structure were designed.The overall structure of the mold was designed and analyzed to improve the efficiency of mold design.
