介绍了塑件带有多侧向凹、凸成型,且同时需滑块抽芯的成型工艺及模具成型结构对塑件质量的影响分析,正确的浇注系统选用设计,模具成型部分和总装结构的设计。
This paper analyzed the influence on the quality of plastic parts of molding technology and mold structure of plastic parts with multi-lateral concave and convex and slider core-pulling molding process,correct selection of design feed system,design of molding part and assembly structure.
