摘要
设计了一种移动式热固性塑料压注模具结构,采用斜滑块内抽芯的结构解决了字符镶件脱模困难问题,采用活动螺纹型芯解决了螺纹嵌件的定位问题,采用特殊制造工艺解决了高精度小孔的制造问题。
A kind of portable transfer mold is designed for thermoset.The difficulty of character insert demoulding is solved by the angle-lift splits core-pulling mechanism,the thread insert is positioned by using movable core,and a special manufacturing process is used to meet the high demanded accuracy of micropore.
