摘要
采用光学显微镜、能谱分析仪、硬度计等设备,从宏观检查、组织分析、成分分析、硬度分析等方面对早期开裂注射模型腔进行研究,发现裂纹由原材料夹杂物引起,叠加上零件加工过程中的应力集中而导致模具早期失效。
The cracked mold cavity was analyzed through macro examination,microstructure and spectrum analysis by using optical microscope and energy spectrometer and so on.The results showed that the inclusions of material was the most reason of the failure,and stress concentration during processing was the second reason.
