摘要
阐述了装夹稳定性的研究现状,通过分析装夹对薄壁工件加工变形的影响,进而建立了工件-夹具系统的刚度模型,对刚度模型实行计算,同时对多重夹紧元件进行稳定性分析。通过研究两种不同的夹紧方案,表明薄壁工件稳定性研究的目的是来保证整个加工系统的静平衡,有助于提高薄壁工件加工过程的稳定性,从而提高加工质量。
In this paper, the research status of clamping stability is described. By analyzing the influence of clamping on machining deformation of thin-walled workpiece, the stiffness model of workpiece-fixture system is established, and the stiffness model is calculated. At the same time, the stability of multiple clamping elements is analyzed. By studying two different clamping schemes, it is shown that the purpose of the research on the stability of thin-walled workpiece is to ensure the static balance of the whole machining system, which is helpful to improve the stability of the thin-walled workpiece machining process and thus improve the machining quality.
