摘要
介绍了机械式变速器静态与动态操纵性能,并针对某机械式变速器换挡沉重进行改进分析。改进后,拨环时间得到极大降低,基本可降低80%左右,同步器寿命满足连续挂挡20万次的要求。
The static and dynamic control performance of mechanical transmission is introduced, and the improvement of shift weight of mechanical transmission is analyzed. After the improvement, the time of hoisting is greatly reduced,which can be reduced by about 80%, and the life of synchronizer can meet the requirement of 200000 consecutive gears.
