This paper introduces the structure composition of belt machine and drum,analyzes the welding process and key items of roller,and designs and studies the welding process of roller welding through the characteristics of workpiece material.It can provide a good reference and guidance for the actual engineering field to carry out the welding operation of belt machine drum,improve the welding efficiency and ensure the welding quality.
