摘要
介绍了水力分级旋流器的结构概况与工作原理,并对分级效果的影响因素进行了系统研究。分析认为:进出口料液的流量、进出口料液的浓度以及入料口的压力是最主要的影响因素。同时得到了进口流量、分级效率和底流浓度等重要参数与进料口压力间的定量关系。
The structure and working principle of the hydrocyclone are introduced,and the influencing factors of the classification effect are studied systematically.The analysis shows that the flow rate of import and export liquid,the concentration of import and export liquid and the pressure of inlet and outlet are the most important factors.At the same time,the quantitative relationship between inlet flow rate,classification efficiency and bottom flow concentration and inlet pressure is obtained.
